2.1.Description of the existing condition and reconstruction solutions
Description of the existing appearance and technical condition of the main building of the
of the Oblast Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 1 is provided in detail in the report on the technical condition of the existing building structures, which was performed by “ACC” “PORTAL-21″” LLC  in 2018.
The project envisages measures related to the redevelopment of existing premises and the replacement of doors, floors and finishes. The project also provides solutions for the replacement of engineering networks and equipment. Telephone and internet connections are in place.
The redevelopment is taking place inside the building and does not affect its appearance. The redevelopment is associated with the need to arrange an examination room for the ophthalmology department, an allergist’s office, a refractometry room, bathrooms for staff and patients, a bathroom for disabled visitors and patients, a cleaning equipment room, a new ward with one bed, an increase in the area of the allergy department’s manipulation room and a sensory room on the second floor of the main building.

The redevelopment involves dismantling some of the existing partitions and replacing them with new ones made of silicate and ceramic bricks and plasterboard. In addition, new doorways are being created in the existing brick walls. Reinforcement of wall sections is shown in the project drawings of the AW part.
Interior finishing of the premises includes painting of walls and ceilings, replacement of floors in some rooms with self-leveling and ceramic tiles. It is also planned to install new suspended ceilings made of ARMSTRONG boards and gypsum plasterboard.
