DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT INSTALLATION OF A MODULAR TEMPORARY STRUCTURE:

In accordance with the Design Assignment approved by the Customer, the installation of a modular temporary structure is envisaged using lightweight structures consisting of sandwich panels with insulation inside and a metal frame for their fastening. According to clause 1.3 of the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Housing and Communal Services No. 244 dated 21.10.2011, the absence of foundations is a feature of the temporary structure, therefore the module is to be installed on screw metal piles screwed into the ground to a depth that takes into account the geological survey data.

The AluTerm C sandwich panel consists of a metal profiled or smooth sheet on the outside, mineral wool insulation on the inside, 16 mm chipboard on the inside, or plasterboard with ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and medical centre. The thickness of the mineral wool insulation is taken according to the calculation. See drawing AR.

The temporary building is installed for living and studying.

The building has two floors and consists of 12 separate modules measuring 6.060m x 2.40m x 2.6m (h). The modules are located on the ground floor: kitchen, dining room, first-aid post, cloakroom and bathroom. On the second floor: living rooms for employees and a bathroom.

The project provides for open and enclosed staircases. The staircases are connected to each other and the premises of the building by open balconies. The second-floor balcony has a roof covered with profiled metal. For the design of the stairs, balconies, and the roof, see the part of the Bill of Quantities (building structures).
