”ACC’PORTAL-21” LLC has extensive experience in the field of restoration work on architectural monuments of various significance, as well as in the field of reconstruction and overhaul of infrastructure facilities. The company's specialists took part in the creation of historical and architectural reference plans for historical cities, projects for protection zones for immovable cultural heritage sites, as well as in the creation of accounting documentation for architectural and cultural monuments
Since 2014, many projects have been implemented as part of the program for the restoration and development of the eastern regions of Ukraine affected by hostilities. The projects were carried out with the involvement of foreign partners and investments.

PORTAL-21 Architectural and Construction Company LLC is a 100% women-owned and operated company.

We support each other and develop together with the company, learn and master new areas of expertise. We work a lot with men and build strong partnerships together where mutual respect is a key component. 

Here shortly about some women from our team:

Our colleague Kateryna Koval combines her work as a designer with volunteering. Kateryna is a volunteer medic. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, she was engaged in psychological support for civilians. For the past year and a half, Kateryna has been teaching first aid and tactical medicine to civilians and the military. As a medic, she participated in evacuations from the frontline areas and in the emergency response team for air raids in Kharkiv. We are proud of Kateryna!

2022-2023 - Director of the company Kateryna Kublytska completed advanced training, namely the study of British legislation in the field of monument protection as part of her PhD thesis (The Courtauld Institute of Art, London) under the Samuel Kress Foundation grant programme

Zoia Panova is a member of the Union of Architects of Ukraine, who has many years of experience in the implementation of complex projects and is the company's co-founder and  Chief Architect.

Anastasiia Shomina, from 2022 to May 2023, upgraded her qualification level in 3D scanning of the historical environment of cities - in the field of scanning monuments of architecture, history and urban planning at The Bartlett School at the University of the College of Architecture in London.

Oksana Bai - is an architect with many years of experience working on a wide range of projects. At the beginning of her career, she designed industrial buildings in the precision instrumentation industry. Then there were residential projects and public facilities. The most significant among them are the modern digital library for the Kharkiv Law Academy and the academic buildings of Kharkiv University of Economics. She is a highly skilled professional specialist in the field of author supervision. Currently, Oksana is working with the PORTAL-21 team on projects to restore housing and infrastructure in Ukraine.

2023-2024 - Anastasiia Gulak, the company's co-founder, completed a special certified programme for young managers, Partnering in Business with Germany, in the field of green management at the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg, Tübingen, supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economy, curator of an international project within the Zmina:Rebuilding programme
