Current renovation of individual premises for the needs of the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine in the building located at: Mykolaiv city

Characteristics of the object.

The building is located in Mykolaiv. The building has four floors and a basement.

The consequence class of a separate part of the building is CC1, in accordance with clause 4.3 and Table 1 of DSTU 8855:2019 ‘Buildings and structures. Determination of consequence (liability) class’.

Work on the object does not require a permit for its execution, and the object is not subject to commissioning, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 7 June 2017 No. 406 ‘On approval of the list of construction works that do not require documents giving the right to perform them, and after completion of which the facility is not subject to commissioning’.

The working project includes architectural solutions with drawings related to finishing works, replacement of door fillings, replacement of window blocks with metal-plastic energy-saving ones, repair of street and courtyard facades within the premises. The project provides for the reconstruction of the bathroom and the arrangement of an entrance porch with a lift to comply with the standards of DBN V.2.2-40:2018 amendment No. 2

‘Inclusiveness of buildings and structures’. As recommendations, solutions for water supply, ventilation, air conditioning and heating are attached. A new ventilation system is planned for the bathroom, and the heating system will include the replacement of heating devices and the installation of an inverter air conditioner with the ability to heat rooms where there are no radiators.
