Property characteristics

The building is located in the central part of the city, in Mykolaiv region. The building is a one-storey building with an attic under a pitched roof. The building was constructed and put into operation in 1975.
The premises to be renovated include a classroom, a mechanical workshop, two welding workshops, an office and a cloakroom.
The detailed design includes architectural solutions, which include drawings for finishing works, replacement of doorway infill, replacement of window units with energy-saving metal-plastic ones with insulation of slopes, installation of additional sockets and electrical equipment, and arrangement of workplaces. The project envisages replacing the entrance doors with new insulated metal ones and
installing new stairs and a roof. It is planned to install washbasins in the production facilities.
