Refurbishment of the building, historical herritage. /On The 1st May Str. 1-A In The Vovchansk of Kharkiv Region

With the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, under the GIZ programme “Development of Social Infrastructure in Response to Increasing Internal Displacement” and Architektengemeinschaft Milde, Möser + Hamann /as a main contractor/ In 2017, a project for the overhaul of the Vovchansk Central Hospital was developed. PORTAL-21  was tasked with completing the project in one month. Before starting the design, we prepared a project presentation and a historical study of the projected facility (the building was built in 1912).
