The company's specialists took part in the creation of historical and architectural reference plans for historical cities, projects for protection zones for immovable cultural heritage sites, as well as in the creation of accounting documentation for architectural and cultural monuments.

This is a strategic direction for our company, which is rapidly developing amidst the urgent need to rethink approaches to urban planning in Ukraine and other countries facing significant political, climatic, economic, and other challenges.

Control over compliance with contractual obligations in the company is carried out by the director and chief innovation manager. Control over compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents, as well as the coordination of all parts of the project and architectural supervision of the implementation is entrusted to the chief architect, chief project engineer and specialists in technical supervision of the implementation of objects. The company regularly conducts synergistic diagnostics to improve the working conditions of employees and internal integration that contribute to the achievement of results.

Communication with the construction organization is carried out either directly at the facility or using regular videoconferences with responsible representatives of the Construction organization, the Customer and the Technical Supervision. After each visit or online meeting, the Contractor Company draws up a regular report on the work performed with fixing them on a photo. 

Technical supervision of facilities is performed by certified engineers in the categories of building complexity СС2, СС3
